• Harassment, Hate Speech & Defamation: Creating abusive, threatening, libelous, hateful, or discriminatory imagery targeting any person or group.
• Fraud & Phishing: Simulating customer support accounts, banking warnings, or official security notifications to trick individuals into divulging sensitive credentials.
• Watermark Tampering for Deceptive Intent: Deliberately cropping, obscuring, or digitally removing the Parody/Mockup watermark with intent to pass off the graphic as an authentic X or Twitter capture.

4. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the creative text and original graphics you input into the tool. Because all rendering is executed locally within your client browser, you bear exclusive responsibility for any mockup images you generate, download, distribute, or publish online.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FakeTwitterPost, its creators, and affiliates against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of the tool or breach of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The proprietary source code, styles, layouts, branding, and graphics created by FakeTwitterPost are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
